Welcome to Coddington Cottage Gatehouse. This 2+ bedroom cottage with loft has been completely renovated while keeping the original charm. Bedroom 1 has a size bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, small couch, and a ladder leading to the loft with second queen size bed.

This cottage resides on Private Reserve land - called The Awosting Club - open to members and their guests. We have nearly 250 acres with private trails and waterfalls close to Minnewaska State Park.

Hike to private waterfall. Cook a meal on the Garland stove in the well equipped kitchen. Enjoy a cozy living room fire. Sip Coffee the back deck and stargaze by a private fire pit. Enjoy all the Hudson Valley has to offer. 22 Minutes to New Paltz, 15 minutes to 2 fabulous won ineries, distilleries. Incredible hiking out your backdoor.

This house comes with a host who lives nearby. The host can grocery shop for you prior to arrival, book massages, yoga, suggest hikes and arrange for a private chef to prepare dinners for an additional cost. Inquire for more info.
